FLASH Parking / ParkWhiz

Overview

Our integration with ParkWhiz enables guests to seamlessly discover and reserve parking directly within the chat experience. By embedding ParkWhiz’s widget, users can search by event, check parking availability, compare options, and complete secure parking reservations without leaving the conversation. This integration not only simplifies the pre-event journey but also drives incremental parking revenue for clients through a seamless, in-chat transaction flow.

Implementation

Our support and implementation team will add a call-to-action button that links to the ParkWhiz i-framed parking purchase widget, following best practices. Below is an example of the type of link ParkWhiz will provide to Satisfi Labs:

https://widget.arrive.com/index.html?ui-components=event-list,map,location-list,checkout,purchase-confirmation&affiliate-code=pa-0000&destination-venue-id=000000&seller-id=0000&utm-term=YOUR_WIDGET_ID

To set up this feature, submit a ticket by clicking the "?" icon in the top right of your Satisfi Labs dashboard or the top right corner of the Resource Center. Once in the Product Support chat, ask to "submit a ticket".
