## Prewritten

Responses written and trained in advance using Input Director. They are surfaced to users exactly as they are written. Content is not leveraged for generative responses.

## Prewritten Plus

Responses written and trained in advance using Input Director. These responses are shown to users exactly as written when triggered by trained inputs. Additionally, their content (including images and URL buttons) can be leveraged for generative responses when no relevant training set exists, providing seamless and accurate coverage for untrained visitor questions.

A majority of your prewritten responses will be marked as "Prewritten Plus"; however, there are instances where you'll see responses still assigned to the "Prewritten" content type. These include:

* No\_Response
* Welcome\_Message
* Any Bot Basic Response (Ex. Hello)

## Generated

Text responses created by the LLM model using your website and documented source data. The actual wording of responses may differ based on the user's specific question and aims to provide a more humanized response than prewritten responses.

### Documented Data

Content that is not tied to any specific questions or intents. This content is used as a source for generative responses, helping the system craft informative answers dynamically.

### Web-Imported Data

A web extraction/scrape utilized as a content source for generative responses.

### Feed Import Data

A feed import utilized as a content source for generative responses.

Buttons, quick replies, and multimedia elements (images, videos) that are added to generated responses, prompting users to take action.
