With Journey Builder, automatically send a welcome email when a customer makes their first purchase.

If a customer hasn't purchased in 60 days → Trigger a win-back campaign.

2. Abandoned Cart Recovery

Capture abandoned cart data from Shopify and trigger personalized email, WhatsApp, or SMS reminders via the Marketing Engine.

Here's the Journey example:

  • If a customer leaves items in their cart for 30 minutes, send an email reminder.

  • If no action is taken within 24 hours, send an SMS with a limited-time discount.

    • For European customers, send a WhatsApp message instead of SMS, ensuring they receive timely reminders.

  • If still no action, send a final SMS with urgency (e.g., "Only 2 left in stock—checkout now!").

3. Post-Purchase Follow-ups

Automatically trigger personalized post-purchase email flows based on the items bought.

With Journey Builder, send an email with running tips and accessories recommendations, if a customer buys running shoes.

  • After 7 days, request a product review.
