These ready-to-use journeys come with pre-configured action blocks, allowing you to immediately start engaging contacts without building a journey from scratch.

While our standard drag-and-drop journey builder offers flexibility, the Wizard becomes invaluable for more intricate journeys with multiple logic steps. For those feeling overwhelmed by complex workflow design, the Wizard provides a streamlined alternative.

Access the Wizard easily through the wand icon in the journey builder window – your shortcut to creating sophisticated, targeted marketing journeys with minimal complexity.&#x20;

To configure each step to your campaign requirement, click *View/Edit Block*.&#x20;

To navigate back and forth between the blocks, click *Previous* or *Next*.&#x20;

Once you have completed the completed the configuration, click *Activate Journey*.
