## Get Started

The first step is to decide how you want to customize your button. You can take either of the following paths:

**Option 1:** Incorporate Both an Image and Label Text &#x20;

## Add an Image as Your Popup Button

To replace your popup with an image, submit a ticket to our support team. Be sure to include the image file and indicate which popup(s) you'd like the image applied. Don't forget to mention if you are looking to incorporate both an image and text in your chat button or solely use the image!
