Welcome to the Satisfi Labs implementation process! This document outlines the steps and stages involved in getting your agent live and functional.

2. How To Get Started
You’ll be able to determine when the best time is for you to start the project. Your virtual assistant is expected to launch within 30 days, so we advise selecting a start date where you can meet the implementation deadlines outlined in the table above.
Kick-off Sign Up: You’ll receive a link to sign up for a kick-off call with the Satisfi Labs Implementation team after the contract has been executed.
Requirements Gathering: When signing up for your kick-off, you’ll be able to provide some key objectives you’re looking to accomplish through the chat. Your Satisfi Labs implementation manager will use this data during their initial build process to ensure we’re building a customized solution to match your outcomes.
3. Your Implementation Responsibilities
Below is an outline of the various aspects of the implementation process that you will be responsible for over the 30-day window.
Key Objectives:
When signing up for your kickoff call, you’ll be responsible for providing a few key business objectives you’re looking to achieve through your agent. This information will be leveraged by the Satisfi Labs team during the initial build.
Testing & Feedback:
After the initial kickoff, you’ll be provided with a test link built by your implementation manager, leveraging the key objectives listed.
Over the next 7 days, we’ll be looking for you and your team to test and provide feedback directly in the chat. Additional information on how this works can be found here.
We also ask you to review the theme your implementation manager created and provide updated graphics, hex colors, and branding where applicable. You can view the preferred image specs here.
Implement Your Web Snippet:
After the initial kickoff call, your implementation manager will provide the web snippet and installation guidelines. This should be added ASAP to ensure there are no issues that could potentially delay your launch. Despite the web snippet being added to your website, the chat won’t appear until the implementation project has been completed and we receive the green light to activate the chat. The popup will be hidden on the Satisfi Labs end, so nothing will appear for users until the launch date.
4. Deployment & Launch
What you can expect in the week leading up to your launch date:
Satisfi Team (3-7 days prior):
During the final pre-launch implementation call, we will run through any final questions and show the available resources within the dashboard as a future resource (chat with a live agent, submitting a ticket, 1:1 product training sessions). Your implementation manager will continue to support you through the post-launch call.
Client Requirement (3-7 days prior):
Confirm the desired launch date and time for your implementation manager to unhide the popup and push the chat live.
Satisfi Team (launch day):
Satisfi will mark the page live. This allows us to begin recording data and analytics once the popup has been unhidden.
Satisfi Team (launch day):
Your implementation manager will reach out to confirm the chat is now live and provide additional resources available within the dashboard.
Satisfi Team (post launch):
We will be monitoring the data during the two-week post-launch period to start to identify trends, topics, areas of improvement, and overall traffic.
Satisfi Team & Client Requirement:
Roughly two weeks after launch, we will meet as a group to discuss our findings during the two-week post-launch review and provide recommendations on how we would adjust certain topics. We will provide additional best practices around content management and placement.
Satisfi Team:
Your Account Manager will be in attendance for this call and will schedule a time for monthly cadence and check-in calls. At this point, your assigned Account Manager will become your main point of contact. We will cover the tools to use for any ongoing support needs.
5. Ongoing Support & Optimization
After your post-launch call, you still have plenty of resources available to get the most out of the platform.
Account Manager:
You will be provided with a dedicated account manager who will be available for strategy, planning, activation & optimization, industry-wide initiatives to ensure your agent is continuously evolving.
Live Agent Support:
You will have direct access to speak with a member of the Satisfi Labs Support team through our live chat functionality between the hours of 4am - 5pm EST. This will be your quickest method to reach out to our team for assistance or questions.
Virtual Agent Support Chat:
We have built our own agent leveraging all the available data in our resource center. This is a great option for you to ask questions on issues you may be having, and receive direct responses to quickly assist. Tickets can be submitted to our request portal through the support chat or by emailing [email protected].
1:1 Product Training:
Whenever you feel a technical training session may be needed to cover certain items of content, analytics, data reports, or bring additional team members up to speed, you can sign up for a 1:1 training session with the Satisfi Labs Product Support team. During these training sessions, we’ll be able to cover any items you need additional support or guidance with.
6. Tips for a Successful Launch
Satisfi Labs will build your initial content repository. The included content should contain information-rich pages or data sources that focus on objective information, product details, services, FAQs, or support information. To begin, we recommend scraping no more than 25 pages.
Prioritize testing and feedback on heavily trafficked questions that your company typically hears on a daily basis. Our team will help you identify nuanced trends during the post-launch review process to ensure that you are only managing content for data-driven topics. We find the best results include 2-3 people testing the bot for about 20 minutes each.
Add the script for the hidden popup immediately following your kickoff call. Our team will help you craft 2-3 unique welcome messages to personalize the chat on heavily trafficked web pages. Don’t be afraid to give your bot a brand personality!
