Account Types
Within the Marketing Engine dashboard, there are two account types of users with distinct roles and permissions. These user roles help maintain efficient workflows by ensuring each user has access only to the tools and data necessary for their specific responsibilities.
Administrators
These users have comprehensive access and control over the platform's settings and features. Their responsibilities include:
Managing other users and assigning roles.
Configuring platform settings, such as integrations or data pipelines.
Viewing and analyzing platform-wide metrics and reports.
Handling all administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Account User
These users typically have limited access based on their assigned roles. Their access is tailored to specific functionalities they need to perform, such as:
Creating or managing campaigns.
Viewing reports relevant to their tasks.
Interacting with data specific to their assignments.
Limited permissions to edit or configure platform-wide settings.

Reset Another User's Password
Any user can reset their password in the dashboard; however, no user can reset another user's password. For assistance, users should reach out to the Satisfi Labs support team.
