## Maintenance

### Ticket Availability

<table data-card-size="large" data-view="cards" data-full-width="true"><thead><tr><th align="center"></th><th></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td align="center"><strong>Year-Round Ticket Availability</strong></td><td><p>If your single game/event ticket inventory is available all year round, no seasonal updates are required by you. </p><p></p><p>We always recommend reviewing the Ticket Commerce purchasing flow regularly to ensure a frictionless experience for users.</p></td><td></td></tr><tr><td align="center"><strong>Seasonal Availability</strong></td><td><p>When single game/event tickets go on sale or the season concludes, notify your Account Manager to ensure the following:</p><ul><li>The Ticket Commerce feature is visible/hidden to users asking to purchase tickets.</li><li>Any single game/event ticket URL link is replaced with the Ticket Commerce feature in pre-season and Ticket Commerce buttons/quick replies are replaced with a single game/event ticket URL link during the off-season. </li></ul></td><td></td></tr></tbody></table>

### Resale Tickets

If your organization is selling out tickets for games/events, we recommend that you enable the chat to surface resale tickets in addition to your primary ticket inventory. This is to ensure that your Ticket Commerce feature can present a variety of ticket options to your users, especially if inventory is limited.

If you already have the Ticket Commerce feature installed and would like resale ticket inventory included, please submit a ticket by hovering over the **Click Here For More Support** button in the top right corner of this page.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Ticketmaster is currently the only provider that allows for resale ticket inventory to be surfaced.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

## FAQs

<details>

<summary>My Ticket Commerce says "There was a problem finding or reserving tickets."</summary>

This error message means that there is no inventory available matching the user's request. We recommend that if this message appears, you submit a ticket in our request portal to switch on resale tickets to ensure there is inventory available.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I surface primary inventory first before exposing any resale tickets?</summary>

Yes! We can enable your Ticket Commerce feature to surface primary inventory first, followed by resale inventory without the user tapping any additional options.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Where can I find the Ticket Commerce's reporting?</summary>

This feature's reporting is available to all company administrators and can be found in the Satisfi Labs dashboard under Tools > Data.

</details>
