Overview

Content Groups refer to predefined clusters or categories of related data topics or responses. These custom groups help you organize and manage your response data more efficiently by categorizing content according to specific themes or subjects.

Create a New Content Group

  1. In the Satisfi Labs dashboard, go to Studio -> NLP Manager -> Content Groups

  2. Click "+" in the top right corner

  3. Select your volume and create a name for your new content group

  4. Hit Save New and Close

Add Responses to a Content Group

  1. In the Satisfi Labs dashboard, go to Studio -> NLP Manager -> Responses

  2. Select the response/data you'd like to add to that content group

  3. Click the pencil icon

  4. Click the Content Group dropdown field on the left side of the window and select the desired group

  5. Hit Save and Publish and Close

View Responses in a Content Group

  1. In the Satisfi Labs dashboard, go to Studio -> NLP Manager -> Responses

  2. Select the filter icon in the top right-hand corner

  3. Click the Content Group dropdown field and select a desired group(s)

  4. Hit Apply

FAQs

Can I rename any of the existing content groups?

Not at this time! Please keep the existing content groups in place and do not rename them.

What names should I give my new content groups?

Anything you want! We recommend naming content groups based on how you want to organize your response content. For example:

  • Offseason vs. In-Season

  • Departments (F&B, Ticketing, Guest Services, etc.)

  • Specific Topics
