June 2025
New Feature: Send Transcripts
The Send Transcript feature allows users to email themselves, and others, a copy of their chat conversation with your AI (or Live) agent. Whether it's directions, recommendations, event details, or ticket information, this feature enables seamless handoff of helpful content outside the chat, extending the value of each interaction and promoting re-engagement.
Users can personalize the message by adding a note, and the transcript will be sent from your brand name, enhancing trust and recognition. See more here.
Upgraded Analytics Dashboard
The AI Agent Performance dashboard is a powerful, centralized analytics tool designed to surface key insights on how your AI agent is performing. It brings clarity to user behavior, engagement trends, and content opportunities—making it easier than ever for teams to optimize experiences and prove value.
This dashboard gives you access to top-level KPIs, new engagement insights, and deeper topic-level reporting—all with no setup required. See more here.
New Feature: Personalized Greetings
A feature that lets you show a custom welcome message in the AI chat showing user's first name or other details. It can be utilized for links shared via emails built in the Marketing Engine. See more here.
New Feature: Preview URL for Email Template
This feature in the Marketing Engine enables you to preview your email templates and easily share them with your team for feedback or approval. A unique preview URL is generated, displaying the email exactly as it will appear to recipients. The link remains valid for one month from the time it is created. See more here.
Five9 Integration (Live Person escalation)
We’re now integrated with Five9, enabling seamless handoff from our AI agent to live agents using the Five9 platform. Conversations are intelligently routed to the right team whenever human support is needed. For setup details, please contact your Account Manager.

Context Memory Released
Context Memory enhances conversations by retaining recent exchanges, enabling more natural and context-aware responses. The system remembers the last 10 exchanges (20 messages total) to improve continuity and accuracy in follow-up interactions.
Context Memory is supported across all channels using Generative AI and works with multiple languages. However, it does not yet apply to responses trained using the Input Director—though those responses will still be remembered in conversation history. Context Memory is available to all clients on Context LLM.
Markdown Formatting
Markdown formatting is now available in Webchat and In-App Webviews, improving readability for longer responses. This update allows for bold and italic text, bullet points, numbered lists, and inline URLs, creating a more structured and user-friendly chat experience.
Key Notes:
Markdown is not supported on Facebook, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Clients can opt for text-only responses for a uniform experience across channels.
No impact on latency or multilingual support—Markdown works seamlessly across all enabled languages.
