## Welcome Series for New Subscribers

📌 Objective: Build a strong first impression and engage new subscribers.\
Steps:

* Trigger: When a user signs up
* Step 1: Send a welcome email with exclusive content
* Step 2: After 2 days, send a follow-up email introducing key features or products
* Step 3: If no engagement, send a WhatsApp reminder with a call-to-action or send an SMS reminder.

✅ Best Practice: Personalize the message with the subscriber’s name and offer incentives to boost engagement.

## Birthday or Anniversary Journey 🎉

📌 Objective: Make customers feel special and encourage engagement.\
Example:

* Trigger: Customer's birthday or account anniversary
* Step 1: Send a "Happy Birthday" email with a special discount
* Step 2: If the user doesn’t use the discount in 3 days, send a reminder SMS
* Step 3: After a week, send a final email with an exclusive "Last chance" offer

✅ Best Practice: Personalize the message with the customer’s name and make the offer time-sensitive to create urgency.
