# In-Person Placement

## **Overview** 

On-site promotion of your chat increases awareness of this tool and helps boost your traffic. We recommend fans access your virtual assistant on-site via QR codes and/or SMS. This allows end users to engage with your chat during their experience and be prompted to chat about content relevant to their location.
