In the Conversations tab, agents can view, respond, and resolve conversations.
In the Notifications tab, agents can review their conversation notifications. Notifications can be cleared by tapping the "..." icon in the top right corner of the page.
In the Settings tab, agents can set their status, notification preferences, logout, delete their account, and switch company accounts (if applicable).
