There is a couple of ways you can access the dashboard:

Bot Performance:

Go to the Top Intents section and click on the three ellipses next to the intent you want to explore.

Intent Explorer:

See Messages per intent. Click on the three ellipses next to the intent you want to explore.

Intent Trends:

See the table. Click on the three ellipses next to the intent you want to explore.

Intent Deep-Dive:

When using Intent Deep-Dive dashboard, you can choose a different intent using the filters and dive to a different intent without leaving the page.

What data can I find in the Intent Deep-Dive Dashboard?

  • You can filter by more specific date and time.

This filter is helpful for clients whose working hours vary by day of the week.

  • See intent interest over time

  • See Message source (button/user input)

  • See on/off hours
