For any category labeled as ✔*, note that access to this functionality can be added or removed at any time for specific users by the company administrator.
Agents
The "Agent" user type is used by organizations that are using Bridge Live Chat within their chat experience. Agents always have access to the following areas within the Satisfi Labs dashboard:

Additional permissions can be granted to individual agents by an administrator to access:

Administrators
The "Administrator" user type is the most common account type used across all client verticals. Administrators always have access to the following areas within the Satisfi Labs dashboard:
