The Get Response Feedback report allows you to view user feedback left on specific responses using the icons. Not only can you view or filter by positive or negative feedback, but you can see additional corresponding fields such as volume/page names, specific input, and the response that was sent.
To locate this report, please follow the steps below:
Login to the Satisfi Labs Dashboard
In the menu bar on the left, select Tools and then Data
Locate the report named Get Response Feedback and adjust the date range and/or feedback type filter
Select either to View or Download the report
If you don't see this report, please submit a request here.

Volume Name | Volume where scraped response resides |
Page Name | Page the user is chatting through |
Response Rating | Positive or negative feedback |
Comment | User feedback left |
Input | Question the user asked the chat |
Response | The chat's response to the question |
