There are several different reports provided that will give you a more granular look at your customer's information and questions! Below are a few options to get started:

  • NLP Traffic Log: This is a great resource for checking on overall content health. When sorted, it allows you to quickly view your customer's inputs and the current bot responses to make adjustments as needed.

  • Input and Response Log: This is an export of your inbox to read through your customer submissions in chronological order.

  • API Report Options: Learn about our API options to import the data directly into your data warehouse.
