If you'd like to install this feature, please contact your Account Manager! They will walk you through best practices before submitting a ticket on your behalf.
Administrators can adjust the availability of existing list items (menu items) in real-time. For example:
Ice cream, which is typically sold at sections 121, 144, and 232, is also being sold at section 222 at tonight's show.
The BBQ hot dog is no longer being offered at the ballpark this season.
To make adjustments:
Login to the Satisfi Labs Dashboard.
Tap Studio, Dynamic Lists, and List Items.
Sort by either area or by the list name item by clicking the header.
If a specific item availability needs to be adjusted for one or all locations, we recommend sorting by List Name. If you need to adjust menu availability at a specific concession location, we suggest sorting by area.
Click on the item that needs to be adjusted. You can edit the line in the following ways:
Mark the item as Active or Inactive at that corresponding location.
Clone the List Item by clicking the copy icon so you can add the menu item to another area.
Delete the list item location line.
Instead of cloning an existing line, you can also click the "+" in the top right corner and add the List Item, Area, and mark it as active as well.
After making any necessary changes, hit save.

You can add links or images to F&B Finder responses, just like any other prewritten response. To do so, follow the instructions below:
Login to the Satisfi Labs Dashboard.
Tap Studio, NLP Manager, and Responses.
With the Response Library's search bar toggled to "Response Name", search a keyword associated with your menu item. For example: beer, hot dog, gin, etc.
Click the identified response you'd like to adjust and click Edit.
We recommend that you add any necessary rich media/buttons directly in the response using Code View.
Hit save once complete.
Do not adjust the text under the #dynamic list section!
If you need to add/adjust link-out buttons in all your Food & Beverage responses, we can help! Please submit a ticket through the portal so we can assist!
Currently, you will need to reach out to Satisfi Labs team through the request portal when needing to make the following adjustments
A new item is now available in the venue.
An area or location changed its name.
Changes to the venue's configuration (example: new sections were added or removed from the venue).
In certain cases, large changes need to be made ahead of a new season. Please reach out for assistance no later than 30 days before the needed changes.
