Your popup's primary function is to provide a direct, real-time communication channel between your customers and your assistant/Bridge agents. Users can initiate the chat session directly on the webpage by clicking on the chat button.
To view your existing popups in the dashboard, admins can go to Studio -> Popups. From this window, you can:
Test the popup (click the popup's name)
Copy the popup's embed code (Snippet icon)
Launch the popup's editing window (Pencil icon)
Clone an existing popup (Clone icon)
Delete an existing popup (Trash can icon)
Create a new popup (+ icon)
