User Management

Once your bot has been built, you should receive an invite to the dashboard from your Client Success Manager.
However, overtime, you may need to add or delete a user on your own. This section will walk you through the steps to complete each of those tasks.
There may also be a time where you need to change your password. Please follow the guide below that will detail how to do this if you are logged in OR logged out of your account.
