How can I download Knowtifi Subscriptions?

Knowtifi is a unique development that offers an elegant way to collect user contact information. Integrated into our AI Chat’s natural language processor, one of Knowtifi’s key feature is the ability for users to subscribe to hyper-specific notifications from your company — ensuring they are always informed when a certain answer is available or updated.

To download user contacts, do the following:

  1. Go to Satisfi Dashboard -> Tools -> Data

  2. Search for Knowtifi Subscriptions

  3. Click View/Download

  4. When downloading data, choose the format you need

I don't have Knowtifi, how can I add it?

Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or submit a request using Request Portal (New Feature).

What data should I provide to add Knowtifi?

  1. Channel where you want to install. Example: web only.

  2. Collection settings options:

    • Name + Email

    • Name + Mobile phone

    • Name + either Email or Mobile phone

  3. Knowtifi Campaign details:

    • What is the Campaign Details? Example: Future Offers

    • What Response Names does this campaign live on? Example: tickets_buy, promotions

Can I set an automatic report via email that displays all recent submissions from Knowtifi?

We do not have automatic email reports at this time.

How can I download Feedback Subscriptions?

Our AI Chat includes a Feedback Form that integrates a feedback field into the chat itself. It also has the capability to collect contact information from the user.

To download user contacts, do the following:

  1. Go to Satisfi Dashboard -> Tools -> Data

  2. Search for Feedback Responses

  3. Click View/Download

  4. Choose the date range

I don't have Feedback, how can I add it?
