By leveraging this dashboard, you gain valuable insights into how specific intents are used within conversations, the most commonly used intents in conjunction with the selected one, and the preceding or following intents that tend to occur. This level of depth and context sets the Intent Deep-Dive Dashboard apart from other analytics tools.
Analyzing preceding and following intents can be particularly beneficial for revenue-generating goals. Here are some use cases where this analysis can make a significant impact:
Ticket Sales Optimization
By using the dashboard to analyze revenue-generating intents like ticket sales topics, you can identify the intents that precede or follow the ticket purchase intent. Understanding the customer journey leading up to and following a ticket sale question allows you to optimize the purchasing process and identify potential upsell opportunities.
Cross-Selling and Upselling
Analyzing the intents that tend to follow a specific intent, such as an upgrade inquiry or reservation request, enables you to identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities. By tailoring your offerings or promotions based on customer preferences revealed through preceding and following intents, you can increase revenue by effectively targeting customers with relevant products or services.
Search Optimization
By reviewing the end user text inputs and specific searches that hit the selected intent, you can gain insights into customer search behavior and preferences. This information is valuable for optimizing search functionality, improving search results, and guiding content creation to align with customer needs.
