How to Connect to Salesforce through Zapier
  1. Within the “Action” section, choose “Salesforce”

  1. Within the “Event” section, specify your Event. Events can be one of the available options based on business needs

  1. Select your Salesforce account

  1. Set Up Action

  • Salesforce Object: Select the appropriate object

  • Field to Search By: Multiple options are available such as:

    • Email

    • Mobile number

    • Etc.

  • Set up Due Dates for tasks

    • Use this field: {{zap_meta_human_now}}

  1. Test Your Action

  1. Troubleshoot

  1. Complete Setup

If you are struggling to get tasks to appear within the account, set up the due date field within Zapier with the zap_meta_human_now tag set to the current date.
