The first step to transmitting data from Satisfi Labs to your desired platform is setting up an account through Zapier. To begin, visit Zapier.com.
A Zapier account should be created by the company’s CRM administrator (or similar role), who will need payment information to create the Zapier account.
With the Zapier account created, you can connect your Satisfi Labs data to products/services with Zapier connections including Salesforce and Google Sheets.
Tap “Create Zap”
Add an App Event and Choose “Webhooks by Zapier”
Choose the “Catch Hook” event
Do not enter a Child Key
Tap Continue
Copy Webhook URL and pass it to your Satisfi Labs contact for implementation.
Your Satisfi Labs contact will configure the webhook within your account.
Tap “Test Request” and validate that the test request went through successfully.
Tap continue to continue the connection to the necessary platform.
