Get Started

The first step is to decide how you want to customize your button. You can take either of the following paths:

Option 1: Incorporate Both an Image and Label Text

Using Both an Image and Label Text

Option 2: Use Only an Image

Using an Image Only

Add an Image as Your Popup Button

Always ensure to test your new popup button image once changes are made!!

Upload the Image

1. In your admin dashboard, go to Studio -> Popups

2. When you determine which popup you'd like to add an image for, click the corresponding pencil icon

3. Select Browse and upload your image. Hit Save

Support File Types	Recommended File Size
PNG, JPG or SVG	100 KB, max. 200 KB

The image file will be added with the exact dimensions of the image provided (a 50x50 px image will render a 50x50 px pop-up). For brand consistency, we strongly recommend looping in your creative team during this process to meet your website requirements.

Create a New Theme

You do not need to create a new theme if you choose to incorporate an image with your label text as shown in the Option 1 example!

4. Go to Studio -> Page Themes

5. Find the existing theme you'd like to duplicate and click the clone icon

6. Add a theme name (ex. Popup Image Theme)

7. Adjust the following fields:

8. Hit Save New

Apply New Theme

9. Go to Studio -> Popups

10. Click the corresponding pencil icon next to the popup you'd like to edit

11. Click the dropdown in the Theme field and select the new theme you just created

12. Click Save and test!
