Connect Your Social Accounts

Overview

Connect Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages in your Marketing Engine to publish cross-channel posts. To connect or disconnect Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages from your account, perform the following steps:

Facebook

1. Click the Settings

2. Click Integrations

3. Click Social Media

4. To connect your Facebook business page, click Configure next to Facebook.

1. Enter the email address and password for your Facebook account and click Log In.

2. Once you log in, all the business pages associated with your account are linked to the Marketing Engine.

You can configure Instagram as it will be accessible with your Facebook account credentials.

X (Twitter)

1. Click the Settings

2. Click Integrations

3. Click Social Media

4. Click Configure next to X

5. Log in to your X account

6. Once successfully logged in, your account will be linked to the Marketing Engine

LinkedIn

1. Click the Settings

2. Click Integrations

3. Click Social Media

4. Click Configure next to LinkedIn

5. Log in to your LinkedIn account

6. Once successfully logged in, your account will be linked to the Marketing Engine

If you want to unlink any of the business pages, click Remove next to the respective business page that you wish to unlink.
