To further enhance the security of your account and data within our application, we've recently implemented an upgrade to our password encryption logic. As part of this enhancement, we are requesting all users to reset their Satisfi Labs account passwords.
Your security is our utmost priority, and this quick step ensures that your account remains protected within our application.
You will be prompted to change your password automatically when attempting to log in. Follow the prompts to choose a new password. You will receive confirmation that your password has been successfully updated.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues during this process, please complete one of the steps below:
Reach out to your company system administrator and request they send a password reset email.
Ask your company system administrator to change your password manually.
Company Admin Notes:
To Send a Password Reset Email: Go to Settings -> Users and click on the user name you are assisting. Once the user popup opens, select the "Send Password Reset" button (see the red box in the image below for reference). Hit "Send Email" to complete the process.
To Manually Change a User's Password: Go to Settings -> Users and click on the user name you are assisting. Once the user popup opens, select the "Change Password" button (see the green box in the image below for reference). Add the new password in the field and verify the password again in the text container below before hitting "Save".

To update an existing enrichment for a generated response, follow the steps below:
While in the Satisfi Dashboard, go to Studio -> NLP Manager -> Responses
Under LLM Content Group, filter to the content group for “Enrichment”
Search for the part of the enrichment that needs to be changed
Edit the response and press save
