Messaging Matters: In the above example, we see two buttons; however, both are used by one company. Verses opting to have the standard "Chat with Us" button on every webpage, they decided to replace it with a button with more relevant messaging for certain pages. This "Purchase Ticket" button has a direct call to action and boosts user engagement by encouraging customers to start the ticket purchase process or escalate a chat directly to a sales agent.

The image file will be added with the exact dimensions of the image provided (a 50x50 px image will render a 50x50 px pop-up). For brand consistency, we strongly recommend looping in your creative team during this process to meet your website requirements.
