Example Security Alert Email

Your system automates the distribution of security alerts flagged in our system. Security alerts are triggered off a shortlist of keywords and phrases that are potential indicators of harm to a person or place or could be considered threatening. Out of an abundance of caution, all inputs that trigger a security alert will be sent, even for false positives.

Please note the contents of the user message will be sent directly to designated organization emails, which may include profanity or sensitive topics.

Edit User Subscription Status

FAQs

Can we filter out false positives?

This depends on the phrase. We cannot filter “shoot” but we can filter out “photo shoot”. For any questions on whether or not a phrase can be filtered, please reach out to Product Support.

What email address will the alerts be sent from?

Security alert emails will be sent from [e-mail]

Can I add phrases to the flag list?

Because this training affects all accounts, flagging specific phrases is not available.

Can I filter out false positives regarding customer service/ ticketing issues for specific people on the distro list?

Unfortunately, we cannot filter security alerts to specific departments or people.
