Click on your User Icon on the dashboard's bottom left corner, which opens a menu.
Click on Profile Settings.
Make any applicable changes.
The fields on the page are described below:
Profile image
A square image that suits your profile. If no image is provided, then the system will take a Gravatar Image. Note that your image is only visible internally to other agents and not to external chat users
Your full name
Provide your full name. e.g.: John Hopkins
Display Name
Provide a name that you want to be displayed on the chat/emails e.g.: John H
Personal Message Signature
Create a unique message signature to appear at the end of every message you send from any inbox
Hotkey to Send Message
You can select a hotkey (either Enter or Cmd/Ctrl+Enter) to send a message instead of clicking the Send button
When updating your Full Name, Display Name, or Profile Image, ensure that you click the Update Profile button before exiting to save your changes. All other updates made on this page will save automatically.
If the changes are successful, you will see: "Your profile has been updated successfully"
Create a unique message signature to appear at the end of every message you send from any inbox. You can also include an inline image, which is supported in live chat, email, and API inboxes.
Tap your initials in the bottom left corner of the Bridge Dashboard. Select "Profile Settings"
Create your signature and hit "Save Message Signature"
When responding to an email, "Enable Signature"
Customize the appearance of Bridge Live Chat by selecting from three options:
Light mode
Dark mode
System mode
The default setting is "System," aligning with your browser or operating system preferences. If set to dark mode, the appearance will be dark; otherwise, it will be light.
To change the Bridge's appearance, do the following:
Click on your User Icon on the dashboard's bottom left corner, which opens a menu.
Click Change Appearance
Choose the desired appearance
The Password field within the Bridge dashboard is not applicable to users. To update your password, please follow the instructions here: Update Your Password
