# Meta User Data Deletion Policy

As part of Meta’s privacy policy requirements, Marketing Engine provides a way to delete customers' data from the Marketing Engine system at any time. The following information will be removed:

* Page IDs
* Page names
* Instagram Business IDs
* Usernames
* Access tokens

In addition, all existing reports (such as post-performance data) will be de-identified. This means they will no longer be linked to the Customer's Meta account.

Marketing Engine values its customers' privacy and gives its customers control over their data. To delete the data from the Marketing Engine system, follow the steps below:<br>

1. Log in to the Marketing Engine app. Navigate to the connected social media accounts page by clicking Settings in the left navigation menu, then select Integrations and Social Media.
