Historical Data Sync: The Satisfi Labs Marketing Engine Support team will initiate a one-time sync of your historical data via sFTP. Ticketmaster is responsible for transferring the data to a folder that is accessible to the Marketing Engine, using the following IP address: 34.168.145.57.
Hourly Data Sync: The hourly sync of ticketing data happens through an API. To set this up, you'll need to request the following details from Ticketmaster and share them with the Marketing Engine Support team:
