How to Update a Prewritten Response

1. In the Satisfi Labs dashboard, go to Studio -> NLP Manager -> Responses

2. Open up your desired response and click the pencil icon.

3. Adjust the response text including any relevant buttons, quick replies, or rich media if applicable.

4. Select the toggle labeled Input Training and add/edit your Input samples.

5. Press Save & Publish and test any new sample inputs. Note that all existing training will continue to work for the Prewritten Response.

In certain prewritten responses, you might find it necessary to suppress the thumbs up/down feature. Please review the instructions here to learn more: Suppress Thumbs Up/Down

Are you struggling to find the prewritten response you want to update? Check for the following:

• Toggle the Response Library search bar to "All" and search topic keywords

• Toggle the Response Library search bar to "Response Name" and search topic keywords

• Toggle the Response Library search bar to "Content" and search topic keywords

• Check your filters to ensure that you are in the correct volume and channel

• Filter the content group to see only "Prewritten" or "Prewritten Plus"

• Toggle the Response Library search bar to "Live Content" and search keywords
