Offered as an alternative to traditional popups, embedded chat titles are a great way to promote the chat on important web pages. This placement allows users to quickly see the chat by having it framed directly on the page.

You can customize your welcome image, buttons, and text directly in the Response Library.
You have the ability to embed a tile directly into the website without using third-party code.
To create a new chat tile, you will need to submit a ticket with the following information:
Header Image File: Recommended image file under 200kb. Horizontal logos are preferred.
Welcome Message Image File: 16:9 or 4:3 Ratio Recommend. File Size of 200kb or smaller.
Text: Text that appears above the buttons. Recommend short text similar or identical to the welcome message.
Button Options:
Submit button name + associated response name.
Up to three options are allowed. Tapping an option will start the chat and send the user to a desired response.
We recommend the first option, "Ask a Question" to open the general welcome message.
Embed iFrame:
Width - Add either a blank module or another module (such as an image or an ad) next to our tile to prevent it from stretching across the page.
Height - Should be reduced so the full chat window appears above the fold
