## Overview

Satisfi Labs and CultureSuite / Peppered integration conversationalizes live event and venue websites. Satisfi Labs transforms Peppered’s event feeds, using proprietary technology enhanced by LLMs, to craft dynamic responses in the chat experience. This new integration streamlines website engagement by providing automated, frictionless, and personalized responses through chat.

## Capabilities

1. Transformed raw data into conversational responses:
   1. **Events data**
      * Title
      * Doors Open
      * Event date
      * Event time
      * Links to purchase
      * Images
2. Data is updated once a day and adds a current date to the daily prompt, so the AI agent knows dates, months, and years.
3. Event data is organized into categorized lists, allowing the system to answer more specific questions such as kids’ concerts, Latin events, rock concerts, and more.
4. Responses are automatically enriched with links and images, if this data is available in the feed.
