# Voice of Guest

### **What it is**

The "what are people actually asking about" view. Ranks the topics guests bring to your agents by share of conversation, and surfaces emerging themes, including a word-cluster visual and a ranked list.

This page answers "what's on our guests' minds" at two resolutions. Top Topics gives you the big-picture category breakdown (Food & Beverage, Parking, etc.), useful for high-level planning. Emerging Themes goes a layer deeper into specific, concrete phrases (e.g., "gates," "ice cream," "starting pitcher") that wouldn't show up as their own category otherwise, useful for spotting something like a spike in ice cream questions at one specific game.

See the [**glossary**](https://docs.satisfilabs.com/resource-center/ai-agent-engine/agent-performance-console/new-agent-performance-console/glossary#campaign-overview) for key terms and definitions used on this page.

### **What you're looking at**

**Top Topics:** A ranked list of the most common conversation topics, each shown with its share of total conversations. Smaller, less common topics are rolled into a single "Everything else" line at the bottom rather than each getting their own row.

### **What you can do here**

* **Date range filter and agent filter**: both adjustable, same pattern as the other Conversational Intelligence pages.
* **Get Insight**: a button that generates a written summary of what's driving the Top Topics data, useful if you want a quick narrative read instead of interpreting the chart yourself.
