# Revenue

### **What it is**

A revenue-focused view that classifies conversations by their relationship to purchase behavior: which ones led toward a sale, which ones protected an existing booking from being cancelled, which ones show signs of a guest trying to back out, and which specific in-chat ticketing actions were actually confirmed by the ticketing vendor, if ticket commerce is on for your account.

This is the page that connects conversations to commerce. It goes beyond "did the agent answer" to "did the agent help drive revenue," showing which on-ramps convert, where you're leaking purchases, and how much booked revenue the agent is protecting.

See the [**glossary**](https://docs.satisfilabs.com/resource-center/ai-agent-engine/agent-performance-console/new-agent-performance-console/glossary#campaign-overview) for key terms and definitions used on this page.

### **What you're looking at, section by section**

**The three top cards**

* **Buyers in the Data**: the number of conversations that showed active purchase intent in the timeframe.
* **Lift: Non-Revenue → Revenue**: the share of conversations that started as non-purchase but reached purchase intent during the conversation, the agent creating demand that wasn't there at the start.
* **Drift: Purchase → Elsewhere**: of conversations that started with purchase intent, the share that ended without buying in chat.

**Conversation Mix by Revenue Category:** A horizontal stacked bar showing how every purchase-related conversation splits across four categories, Acquisition, Protection, Erosion, and Engagement, with each shown as a percentage. An expandable link lets you see the full transition picture, how conversations moved between categories from the moment they started to how they ended.

Click on **See the full transition picture** to dive into conversation transitions.

**Top purchase on-ramps** A ranked list of the topics that most often appeared in conversations which led to purchase intent, so you know what's actually driving people toward buying.

**Keeping Booked Revenue** Two grouped sections, **Protection and Erosion**, each broken into specific conversation types. Protection covers things like live agent handoffs, guests accessing or transferring tickets they already own, and refund/exchange questions handled well. Erosion covers guests actively trying to cancel a subscription or donation.

Each row can be expanded for more detail, and shows top sub-topics and conversation count.
