Resolution Opportunity

What it is

Surfaces where the AI agent currently falls short. Grouped by topic category, shows how many conversations ran into a genuine content or fulfillment gap, what guests specifically asked for within each gap, and a separate log of cases where a requested item wasn't available and the agent offered a substitute instead.

This page tells you specifically what content to add or fix, not just that something's missing, but the literal language guests used and how often.

See the glossary for key terms and definitions used on this page.

What you're looking at, section by section

Content Gaps: A list of topic categories where guests ran into a genuine gap, each shown collapsed with just its total conversation count. Expanding a category reveals the specific sub-topics or phrases guests asked within it, ranked by frequency, along with a closing line noting how many additional, less common questions exist beyond the ones shown.

Alternative Recommendations: Shows cases where a guest asked for something that wasn't available and the agent offered a substitute instead of a dead end. Each row shows exactly what was requested, what alternative the agent offered in response, and how many conversations followed that same pattern.

What you can do here

  • Agent filter (top right): the page defaults to showing all agents' content gaps together; filter to a single agent for more detailed data.

  • Change date range (top right)

  • Expand a topic category: click into any content gap category (e.g., "Food & beverage") to see the specific questions guests asked, ranked by frequency.

  • See the full conversation behind a row: not currently available. Rows show the request/alternative pairing, not the full transcript.

  • Assign or export content gaps to your team: not currently available from this view.
