# Performance Overview

### **What it is**

A top-level performance dashboard showing overall conversation volume, resolution quality, and engagement patterns across all of your chat surfaces, not broken down by campaign, but by raw conversational activity: how many conversations happened, how well they were resolved, where they came from, and where they led.

This is the "how healthy is our platform overall" view, useful when you want the big picture without drilling into individual campaign scoring. It also surfaces operational detail you can act on directly: which pages on your own site trigger the chat widget most, and what people click through to once they're in a conversation.

See the [**glossary**](https://docs.satisfilabs.com/resource-center/ai-agent-engine/agent-performance-console/new-agent-performance-console/glossary#campaign-overview) for key terms and definitions used on this page.

### **What you're looking at, section by section**

**The three top cards**

* **Conversations Analyzed**: the total conversations evaluated in the timeframe.
* **Resolved**: the percentage of scored conversations where the agent fully answered the question or completed the request.
* **Returning Guests**: the percentage (and exact count) of guests who came back for more than one conversation in the timeframe.

**Resolution outcomes** *(BETA):* A horizontal stacked bar breaking every scored conversation into **Resolved, Partially Resolved, and Unresolved**, each shown with its share and exact count.

**Active conversations / week:** A trend line showing weekly conversation volume across the selected period, so you can see growth, seasonality, or spikes tied to specific events.

**Conversation entry points:** A breakdown of which chat surfaces guests actually started their conversations from (for example, a ticketing widget, an in-app entry point, or the general website), shown as a ranked list with share and count, so you know where your demand is originating.

**Where the widget appears:** A breakdown of the specific pages or URLs on your own site where the chat widget loaded, showing your reach across your web properties, useful for spotting which pages are driving the most engagement.

**Click-outs:** The total number of times a conversation led a guest to click a call-to-action that took them out of the chat, along with a ranked list of the top destinations those clicks led to. Worth noting: a click-out is counted when the action fires on our side, whether a purchase or booking actually follows isn't observed from this page.

### **What you can do here**

* **Date range filter**: fully adjustable on this page.
* **Agent filter**: narrow the view to a single agent instead of all agents combined.
* **Drill into specific resolved / unresolved conversations**: not available yet. A dedicated report for this is in development.
