Campaign Overview

What it is

Shows every campaign your agents are running, grouped by agent, with a clear read on how each one is performing against its goal. Each campaign has a single job to do, and this page tells you at a glance which ones are hitting the mark, which are on track, and which need attention.

To access this page, click to Campaigns on the left nav.

What you can do here

• Date range filter (top right): fully adjustable here, and this is the control that also governs the Campaign Page drill-down for any campaign you open from this screen.

• Click into a campaign: click any campaign card to open its full Campaign Page for the underlying funnel, trend, and topic detail.

• Click into an agent: click any Agent profile button to open the Agent profile page with precise detail on the agent's objectives and key results.
