Agent Profile

What it is

A deep-dive into a single agent. Open the profile for any agent you have to see what it's built to do, the objectives it's working toward, its overall Objective Score against goal, and every campaign it's powering, all in one place.

Where Campaign Overview shows breadth (all agents at a glance), Agent Profile shows depth. It connects the "why" (the agent's objectives) to the "how" (its campaigns) to the "how well" (its score), so you understand not just whether an agent is performing, but what it's responsible for and where its results come from.

See the glossary for key terms and definitions used on this page.

What you're looking at, section by section

Objective Score

The agent's overall score against its 0.7 goal, with a breakdown line showing how many of its campaigns are scored versus still pending (e.g., "2 scored · 1 completion measurement incomplete · 1 volume pending").

Score Scale

A visual placing the Objective Score on a 0.0 to 1.0 bar, with the 0.7 goal marked, so you can see at a glance how far above or below target the agent sits overall.

Objectives & Key Results

The agent's work broken into its Objectives, the qualitative business outcomes it's working toward, each with a short description of what that objective means in practice. Underneath each Objective sit its Key Results, the individual campaigns laddering up to it, each shown with its completion percentage, conversation volume, status badge, and score.
