Assist F&B Discovery
Overview
The Assist F&B Discovery campaign turns the Agent into a concierge for your concourse, guiding guests to the right stand by location, food type, or dietary need. It shortens the path from craving to concession, rescues sales that would otherwise be lost to confusion, and handles complex dietary lookups at a scale staff can't match on a busy game day.

Campaign Functionality
The Assist F&B Discovery Campaign workflow consists of the following components:
Lists - Individual names of each item provided within the venue. (Think "Hot Dog")
Areas - Sections within the venue. (Think "Section 101")
List Items - Each item and its' corresponding section. (Think "Hot Dog in Section 101")
Responses - Responses within the Library, as shown below. You'll see individual items mapped within each response. Client users are not recommended to make copy adjustments underneath the #DYNAMIC_LIST section.

How to Test the Campaign
Before launch, or any time you want to QA the Agent, try these sample questions in the Agent chat:
"Where's the closest stand selling hot dogs to section 104?"
"What's gluten-free near section 204?"
"I need a burger and a beer, where can I grab all of it on the way back to section 222?"
