The F&B Agent is an always-on AI teammate built to drive concessions revenue. It guides fans to the right stand, surfaces menus and dietary options, and routes them to the fastest path to purchase, turning every interaction into data your ops, marketing, and sponsorship teams can act on.

What I do:
Direct fans to the right stand by item, category, location, or dietary need
Drive on-site purchases by shortening the path from craving to concession
Capture structured feedback in the moment
Surface demand patterns, dietary trends, and unmet requests across the concourse
